Forsyth home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Forsyth rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Forsyth in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Forsyth for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,781, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
