Decatur home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Decatur fell by $21,000 while total sales increased by 42.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,000 - a 22.3% decrease over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Decatur in October 2017.
