Forsyth home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Forsyth fell by $47,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,250 - a 19.9% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Forsyth in January 2018.
