Forsyth home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Forsyth rose by $22,250 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,250 - a 8.4% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Forsyth in December 2017.
