1. V-324-2019 Drew & Amanda Goebel is requesting a variance from §155.065 of the DeWitt County Code. Said variance request is for an increase of approximately 47 feet to the maximum front setback to allow the construction of a new residence. The named property is zoned RD-2, and is commonly known as 6712 Little Galilee Rd., Clinton, IL located in Texas Township. Parcel No. 12-19- 200-018.

2. R-124-2019 Dennis & Lori Harris, has requested that the following property be rezoned from the present Rural Development-2 District (RD-2) to Rural Development-1District (RD-1). The named property is approximately 6.4 acres, and is commonly located at 13608 State Highway 10, Clinton, IL in Creek Township. PIN Number: 13-05-200-003.

3. V-325-2019 DGOGFarmercityil04042018 is requesting a variance from §155.082 of the DeWitt County Code. Said variance request is for a decrease in the minimum number of required parking spaces to allow the construction of a retail store. The named property is zoned B-3, and is commonly located at 700 E. Clinton Ave, Farmer City, IL in Santa Anna Township. PIN Number: 05-28-476- 008.

4. V-326-2019 Sacred Heart Church is requesting a variance from §155.065 of the DeWitt County Code. Said variance request is for a 12 ft. decrease in the rear setback to allow the construction of an attached covered stairway. The named property is zoned R-3, and is commonly known as 612 N. Plum St., Farmer City, IL located in Santa Anna Township. Parcel No. 05-28-146-007.
