Mount Zion home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Mount Zion fell by $44,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 12 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,000 - a 25.1% decrease over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mount Zion in June 2017, as well.
