Village of Weldon Drainage Committee met May 9.
Here is the minutes as provided by the committee:
I. Call to Order – Meeting was called to rder at 4:00 PM by Wiley Shott
II. Roll Call – Committee members Wiley Shott, Terry Followell, and Dan Brown were present.
Also present was trustee Mary Johnston.
III. Guests & Visitors – Steve Followell, Jerry Bourn, Christy Davis
IV. Old Business - None
V. New Business
a. Drainage Overview
i. A&R will not be here Friday due to rain. ii. Looking at maps iii. Figuring out next plan of action iv. Look at tile on Marcum property.
v. Recent swale at 650 North St.? vi. County engineer. vii. Look at Jerry Borns front ditch viii. Work with Amy Rupiper.
VI. Adjourn – A MOTION to adjourn at 5:35 PM was made by Terry and seconded by Dan. All voted to approve.
