Long Creek home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Long Creek fell by $68,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,000 - a 45.3% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Long Creek in May 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Long Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,143, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
