Long Creek home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Long Creek fell by $15,100 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,900 - a 11.4% decrease over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Long Creek in the fourth quarter of 2017.
