Long Creek home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Long Creek fell by $4,750 while total sales increased by 40.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 3.7% decrease over the $127,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Long Creek in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Long Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,143, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
