Long Creek home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Long Creek fell by $21,250 while total sales decreased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 15.6% decrease over the $136,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Long Creek in 2017.
