I. Call to Order

Board President, Dale Schneman called the meeting to order at 6:52 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Board Members in attendance were Franci Miller, Dale Schneman, Kenna Dunlap Johnson, Maureen Gilbert, Dion Lathrom and Chelsie Leffelman.
Carlos Burton was absent.
Also in attendance were Superintendent Susan Wilson, Principal Ryan Peyton and Recording Secretary Kristi Woliung. Principal John Lawrence and Principal Katie Nichols were absent.

No one from the public asked any questions.
V. Adjournment
Motion by Franci Miller 2nd by Dion Lathrom to adjourn the meeting at 6:53 p.m.
Voice vote. 6 ayes 0 nays Motion carried.
