City of Sullivan Finance Committee met Oct. 21.
Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:
1. Call to Order
Treasurer Lynn Elder called the Finance Committee to order at 4:15 p.m. in the library board room.
2. Roll Call
Members Present: Cheri Rich, Mike McLaughlin, Lynn Elder and Ellen Feeler, Erin Wade.
Members absent:
Others Present: Ann Short, Nancy Elder, Kathie Price, Jennifer Love and Michelle Nolen
3. Approval of Previous Month’s Minutes
Motion by the approve Mike McLaughlin and seconded by Erin Wade.
Motion declared carried.
4. Discuss / Approve Treasurer’s Report
Petty Cash Receipts and pending bills since last Board Meeting were discussed.
Motion made Erin Wade and seconded by Cheri Rich to approve for presentation to Board. Motion declared carried.
5. Adjournment
Motion made Cheri Rich and seconded by Erin Wade to adjourn the meeting at 4:25 p.m. Motion declared carried.
