Neal Tire & Battery issued the following announcement on Jan. 21.
If you're replacing the bulb on your headlight, make sure to only touch the metal bulb holder located at the base of the lighting fixture!
You don't want to transfer any of the oils or dirt from your fingertips onto the bulb.
