Mount Zion home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Mount Zion fell by $60,900 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,000 - a 49.2% decrease over the $123,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Mount Zion in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Mount Zion for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,068, approximately 4.9% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
