COUNTY BOARD MINUTES:

*Motion to approve May 22, 2025, County Board meeting minutes.

APPOINTMENTS:

*Motion to re-appoint Melonie Tilley as the DeWitt County Board Representative for the DeWitt-Piatt Bi-County Health Department Board of Health.

*Motion to re-appoint Dr. Annilee Rohrscheib to the DeWitt-Piatt Bi-County Health Department Board of Health and DeWitt County Tuberculosis Sanitarium Board with a term to expire on June 30, 2028.

LAND USE: Report given by Mr. Carter. For discussion and possible action: * Motion to add Chastain Engineering to County approved firms for wind and solar services.

PUBLIC SAFETY: Report given by Mrs. Myers. For discussion and possible action: *Motion to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Clinton and EMA.

PROPERTY: Report given by Mr. Ferguson. For discussion and possible action: *Motion to approve an increase of $2500 for materials to the previously approved bid for the sheriff’s flooring project.

ROAD AND BRIDGE: Report given by Mr. Prestegaard. For discussion and possible action: *Motion to approve Road Use Agreement with Revere Road Solar, LLC.

FINANCE: Report given by Mrs. Tilley. For Discussion and possible action: *Meeting held after Full Board agenda was posted.

OLD AND/OR NEW BUSINESS: For Discussion and possible action:

*Motion to approve Case S272-2025 to operate a Kennel on parcel 12-12-400-003 (4220 Weldon Springs Rd.).

*Zoning Administrator to set dates for Prairie Flats siting hearing.

*Motion to approve WHKS & Co. – Professional Services Agreement and Task Order 1. *Motion to incorporate the Hearing Factors in the current DeWitt County Wind Ordinance. *Motion to revise 90.019 Fees in the Animal Control Ordinance to reflect the registration fees that were adopted in May 2023. (This particular section was missed when revising the other areas within the code that addressed registration fees.) This was approved at the Public Safety meeting.

*Motion to pay all bills.

*Motion to revise 38.345(A) – replace Mike Trummel with Jon Butts.
