Long Creek home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Long Creek fell by $256,000 while total sales increased by 650%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,000 - a 67.4% decrease over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Long Creek in August 2018.
