Forsyth home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Forsyth fell by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 0.9% decrease over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Forsyth in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Forsyth for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,781, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
