Clinton Community Unit School District 15 Board met March 5.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The special meeting of the Board of Education of Clinton Community Unit School District No. 15 of the counties of DeWitt, Macon and Logan, State of Illinois, was held at 6:00pm, at the Clinton CUSD 15 Unit Office, 1210 State Hwy 54 West, Clinton, Illinois.

Upon roll call the following members were present:

Mr. Dan Matthews

Mrs. Sondra Baker

Mrs. Tammie Ennis

Mr. Chris Hammer

Mr. John Heinlen

Mr. Steve Oswald

Absent:

Mr. Rodney Rogers

Mr. Chris Hammer Mr. John Heinlen Mr. Steve Oswald

Administrators present were:

Mr. Curt Nettles, Superintendent of Schools

CLOSED SESSION

It was moved by Tammie Ennis, seconded Steve Oswald, to enter into closed session for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, and performance or dismissal of specific employees of the school district. 5 ILCS 120/2 © (1) The President put the motion to a vote and the following roll call was taken:

Matthews, yea

Heinlen, yea

Oswald, yea

Hammer, yea

Ennis, yea

Baker, yea

Motion carried.

The Board entered into closed session at 5:59pm and returned at 7:24pm.

CLOSE OF CLOSE SESSION

It was moved by Chris Hammer, seconded Steve Oswald, to close the closed session. The President put the motion to a vote and the following roll call was taken

Matthews, yea

Heinlen, yea

Oswald, yea

Hammer, yea

Ennis, yea

Baker, yea

Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT

It was moved by Steve Oswald, seconded by Chris Hammer, and duly voted by acclamation to adjourn at 7:25pm.
