There were two offenders convicted of financial crimes or fraud released on parole near Illinois zip code 62522 during the first quarter, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the Macon Reporter.

The data shows that a man and woman were released in 62522. The younger parolee was a 48-year-old man sentenced in 2016. The other was a 57-year-old woman sentenced in 2018.

The offender who was incarcerated the longest was Ruth L. Terrell. She was convicted of a financial crime or fraud in 2018 when she was 55 years old. She is now 57.
