2. V-330-2020 Karle Koritz and Kat is requesting a variance from §155.065 of the DeWitt County Code. Said variance request is for a 324 ft. increase to the Maximum Front Setback from Public Right-of-Way (1375’ Total setback). Property is zoned RD-2 and is located at 5550 Park Rd, Clinton IL. PIN: 11-02-200-009.
