Clinton Community Unit School District 15 Board of Education met June 25.

The special meeting of the Board of Education of Clinton Community Unit School District No. 15 of the counties of DeWitt, Macon and Logan, State of Illinois, was held at 6:00pm, June 25, 2020, at the Clinton CUSD 15 Unit Office, 1210 State Hwy 54 West, Clinton, Illinois.
Upon roll call the following members were present:
Mr. Dan Matthews
Mr. Chris Hammer
Mr. Rodney Rogers
Mrs. Tammie Ennis
Mr. Steve Oswald
Mr. John Heinlen
Absent:
Mrs. Sondra Baker
Administrators present were:
Mr. Curt Nettles, Superintendent of Schools
CLOSED SESSION
It was moved by Steve Oswald, seconded by Tammie Ennis to enter into closed session for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, and performance or dismissal of specific employees of the school district and Litigation/Action against a public body. 5 ILCS 120/2 © (1) The President put the motion to a vote and the following roll call was taken:

Hammer, yea
Rogers, yea
Ennis, yea
Oswald, yea
Heinlen, yea
Motion carried
CLOSE OF CLOSED SESSION
The Board entered into closed session at 6:03pm and returned at 6:10pm.
It was moved by Chris Hammer, seconded by John Oswald, to close the closed session. The President put the motion to a vote and the following roll call was taken:

Hammer, yea
Rogers, yea
Ennis, yea
Oswald, yea
Heinlen, yea
Motion carried.
CONCILIATION AGREEMENT
It was moved by Steve Oswald, seconded by Chris Hammer, to approve the Conciliation Agreement as presented. The President put the motion to a vote and the following roll call was taken:

Hammer, yea
Rogers, yea
Ennis, yea
Oswald, yea
Heinlen, yea
Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Rodney Rogers, seconded by Tammie Ennis and duly voted by acclamation to adjourn at 6:12pm.
