Roll was answered by Ferguson, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Redman, Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser. Absent members Houser, Pruser, Ennis.

Motion by Ferguson second by Tilley to approve July Minutes Aye: Ferguson, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Redman, Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser. Motion Carried.
Motion by Tilley second by Wickenhauser for Crack sealing County Highway 22. Aye: Ferguson, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Redman, Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser. Motion Carried.
Motion by Tilley second by Ritter to approve Contract for County Aid, Tunbridge Section 20-10121-00- DR. Aye: Ferguson, Matthews, Newberg, Nimmo, Redman, Reece, Ritter, Tilley, Wickenhauser. Motion Carried.
