DeWitt County Board Met Oct. 27.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Chairman Newberg.

Roll was answered by Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece, Wickenhauser, Houser, Tilley, Ennis, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews.

You are hereby directed to call a meeting of the DeWitt County Board. The purpose of said meeting is to conduct the business of the County.

Betsy Shifflet spoke to the board about the motions brought before them. Shifflet would like the board to do their own study.

Motion by Nimmo second by Wickenhauser to approve Alta Farms II Construction Observation Contractor Scope of Services Agreement. Aye: Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Matthews. Nay: Tilley, Ennis, Houser. Motion Carried.

Motion by Reece second by Pruser to approve Alta Farms II Building Permit Review Contractor Scope of Services Agreement. Aye: Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Nay: Tilley, Ennis, Houser, Matthews. Motion Carried.

Motion by Wickenhauser second by Reece to approve Alta Farms II DeWitt County Insurance Agreement. Aye: Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece, Wickenhauser, Ennis, Ferguson, Matthews. Nay: Tilley, Houser. Motion Carried.

Motion by Reece second by Nimmo to approve Sound Study Consultant Agreement.

Motion by Ferguson second by Tilley to Table and send to Land Use. Aye: Newberg, Pruser, Tilley, Ennis, Ferguson, Houser, Matthews. Nay: Nimmo, Redman, Reece, Wickenhauser. Motion carried to Table.

Motion by Wickenhauser second by Reece to approve Engineering Services Agreement for Wind Farm Plan Review. Aye: Newberg, Nimmo, Pruser, Redman, Reece, Wickenhauser, Ferguson, Matthews. Nay: Ennis, Houser. Present: Tilley. Motion Carried.

Motion by Tilley second by Ferguson to adjourn at 7:00pm with all in favor.
