Mathon updated the committee on the planned disposition of the 2010 International Tandem. After speaking with the townships that had expressed interest in buying the vehicle, he had come to a purchase agreement with Tunbridge Road District. Mathon explained that the highway commissioner had the vehicle inspected by a repair shop in order to obtain an estimate of repair costs. The sale would not occur until after the Highway Department received the new Mack tandem, which was expected within the next 4 weeks. Motion by Ritter, seconded by Houser, to approve the sale of the 2010 International Tandem to Tunbridge Road District. Unanimous.

The Road Use Agreement allows for the County to engage the services of an engineering consultant to assist with the roadway construction phase of the development. Mathon has had conversations with Cummins Engineering Corporation from Springfield, and has asked for a proposal for CEC to perform the work. Per the RUA, the firm will be hired by the County and the cost will be paid by Tradewind Energy.
