Discussion on securing the loose part of the breakwater. Joe will secure the loose portion of the breakwater to the secure section.
Discussion on the 75 acres across from the marina facility. Matthews feels that the county should put together a 5-10-year plan of the property as a whole. Houser agreed that the county needs to look at expanding the marina and how to get the funds to do so. Need to have a meeting to discuss and put together a 5-10-year plan – addressing where the county wants to go.
Joe was asked if the docks have been sealed and he indicated that they had and that he used sealant left over from last year. He will be winterizing the facility possibly next week depending on the weather.
