MEMBERS PRESENT: Melonie Tilley - Committee Chairman, Scott Nimmo, Jay Wickenhauser
OTHERS PRESENT: Mark Mathon – County Engineer, Jeanmari Cardinal
SUMMARY OF DISCUSSION:
Chairman Tilley called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m.
Motion by Wickenhauser, seconded by Nimmo, to approve minutes of September 16, 2020 Road & Bridge Meeting. Unanimous.
Motion by Nimmo, seconded by Wickenhauser, to approve payment of bills. Unanimous.
Mathon presented an Engineering Services Agreement from Cummins Engineering Corporation related to the Alta Farms II wind project. The Road Use Agreement allows for the County to engage the services of an engineering consultant to assist with the review of the Transportation Impact Analysis and the proposed roadway construction plans. A second agreement, also described in the RUA, will cover the construction inspection phase and will be presented at a later date. Mathon explained to the committee that the proposal is based on a not to exceed cost and will be billed for actual hours worked, and will be paid by the developer directly to the engineering consultant. Motion by Wickenhauser, seconded by Nimmo, to recommend to the full board approval of the Engineering Services Agreement from Cummins Engineering Corporation for assistance in review of roadway plans and the Transportation Impact Analysis, not to exceed $15,000.00. Unanimous.

Motion by Wickenhauser, seconded by Nimmo, to recommend to the full board approval of the Engineering Services Agreement from Cummins Engineering Corporation for assistance in review of roadway plans and the Transportation Impact Analysis, not to exceed $15,000.00. Unanimous.
