Decatur median home prices fell by 21.9% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Decatur fell by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 11.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,000 - a 21.9% decrease over the $73,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Decatur in January 2020.
