Mount Zion home prices rose in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Mount Zion rose by $32,550 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 28.3% increase over the $114,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mount Zion in January 2020.
