On June 29, 2021, Ina and Daniel Whipple purchased a home at 2950 E. Wallace St., Decatur from Edna Eileen Burns for $30,000.

In June 2021, 118 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Edna E. Burns (91) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two for Democrats.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that Burns was the only registered voter residing at 2950 E. Wallace St., Decatur as of Oct. 10, 2020.
