On July 27, Family Lease LLC purchased a home at 1764 N. College St., Decatur from Lincoln Land Illinois Land Trust, Britt A. Brown (trustee) and Trust 5675 for $25,000.

In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $725.58, which is 2.9% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 102 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 1764 N. College St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: David Albert Harrison, 67, Barbara J. Haddon, 48, and Michelle L. Cothern, 47.
