On Aug. 2, Kenneth and Eunice D. White purchased a home at 1069 Columbia Drive, Decatur from Gary V. and Bethany M. Roca for $175,000.

In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $3,604.06, which is 2.06% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 11, 2018 for $121,500.

So far in August 2021, 13 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bethany Michelle Roca has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Gary Vagelis Roca has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
