730 S. McClellan St., Decatur unloaded by Hickory Point Bank & Trust (trustee) and Christine Printzos (trust)

On Aug. 2, Konstantinos and Afrondite Berberidis purchased a home at 730 S. McClellan St., Decatur from Hickory Point Bank & Trust (trustee) and Christine Printzos (trust) for $78,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $439.20, 0.56% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 13 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Christine Printzos (98) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
