Oreana median home prices rose by 96.7% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Oreana rose by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 96.7% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Oreana in July 2020.
