On Aug. 6, Ryan Douglas and Andrea Renee Frey purchased a home at 448 Timber Drive, Decatur from William A. and Christine A. Matuscak for $170,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2017 was $4,673.96. This is 2.75% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 35 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, William A. Matuscak has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including nine Republican Primaries. Christine A. Matuscak has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 448 Timber Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: William A. Matuscak, 61, Stephen W. Matuscak, 30, and Christine A. Matuscak, 58.
