On Aug. 9, Brian L Rawls purchased a home at 2524 Euel St., Decatur from Dallas M. and Cassandra Jo Bauer for $157,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $4,668.52, 2.96% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on March 25, 2015 for $119,000.

So far in August 2021, 35 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cassandra Jo Bauer has been registered to vote since 2015. Dallas Bauer has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 2524 Euel St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: James N. Buck, 54, Cassandra Jo Bauer, 32, James N. Buck, 92, Stephanie L. Buck, 52, and Dallas Bauer.
