Hui Wang buys 662 S. Sycamore St., Decatur

On Aug. 9, Hui Wang purchased a home at 662 S. Sycamore St., Decatur from Eddie W. Evans, Linda K. Evans (formerly known as) and Linda K Lawson for $28,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $693.22, 2.48% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 53 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Keosha L. Powell, 33, was the only registered voter residing at 662 S. Sycamore St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
