On Aug. 10, Leroy Alan By Atty N. Ft Qualls sold their home at 376 Burtschi Court, Decatur to Donna Alger for $27,000.

So far in August 2021, 53 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Linda L. Qualls, 84, was the only registered voter residing at 376 Burtschi Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
