Sullivan Community Unit School District No. 300 Board of Education met Aug. 2.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

The special meeting of the Board of Education of Sullivan Community Unit School District No. 300 of Moultrie, Shelby, and Coles Counties, Illinois was duly called and held at 7:00 a.m., at the Sullivan High School Media Center within the boundaries of said District.

President White called the meeting to order at 7:13 a.m.

Roll Call – Present: Grooms, Stollard, Wood, White

Roll Call – Absent: Florey, Green, Horn

Citizens Non-Agenda

Items: None

Informational Items: None

Action Items: Approval of Long Term Substitute Teacher Rates – Stollard moved that the Board approve long-term substitute teacher rates at $125 per day. Seconded by Wood. On roll call, all voted yea.

Approval of Personnel Report - Stollard moved that the Board approve the personnel report. Seconded by Grooms. On roll call, all voted yea.

Adjournment: Being no further business before the Board at this time, there was a motion made by Grooms, and seconded

by Wood, to adjourn at 7:15 a.m. On roll call, all voted yea.
