High School Announcements November 19

Sangamon Valley High School issued the following announcement on Nov. 19

Please remember masks are to be worn at all times in the building. If you do not have a mask or need a replacement, come to the high school office. Also, we will have hand sanitiser in each of your classrooms and please remember to wash your hands! It is important we all do our part in staying safe!

ATTENTION:

REMEMBER ALL HATS MUST BE IN YOUR LOCKERS OR LEFT IN YOUR VEHICLES OR AT HOME. Please review the student handbook in regards to the dress code. We will be strictly enforcing this.

  • Yearbooks are on sale on yearbookordercenter.com with the school code: 17358
  • Please remember to turn your lunch money into the box in the mornings before 10:30am to make sure it has been applied for the day!
      Juniors:.

  • Juniors remember to turn in your raffle tickets and money by Monday, Nov. 22nd. Also, any Juniors with extra tickets, please come turn them into the office for another Junior to help sell them.
      SV Groups:

  • NHS is offering tutoring in the cafeteria before school from 7:25-8:00AM for anyone needing help. No appointment is necessary.
SPORTS:

Football: 

Basketball: Boys basketball preview night is this Saturday at 6 o’clock at Tri-City. HS boys will be scrimmaging as well as a chance for fans to win some prizes!

Soccer: 

Volleyball: Again, good luck to our girls Abby Marksberry & Vanessa Templeton who are playing in the All-Area All Star Game on Sunday at Lincolnland Community College.

LUNCH MENU:

Lunch: A. Hawaiian Pizza B. Spicy Chicken Sandwich C. Popcorn Chicken Salad
