On Dec. 29, Ethan B. and Melanie Lynn Blibrey and Bilbrey Melanie Lynn Snively purchased a home at 2141 Oakcrest Court, Decatur from Michael T. and Candace Poe for $159,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $2,991.32, 1.87% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Decatur in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael T. Poe has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least 15 primary elections, records show, including 15 Republican Primaries. Candace Poe has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.
