On Dec. 28, Camp Family Holdings LLLP sold their home at 881 Fairway Drive, Forsyth to Joe Brent and Rachel Mary Mikesell for $417,000.

In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $10,532.14, which is 2.53% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Forsyth as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ashley Marie Camp, 27, was the only registered voter residing at 881 Fairway Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
