On Dec. 29, Danny and Jodi Vanfleet purchased a home at 3275 S. Taylor Road, Decatur from Travis and Lindsay Green for $250,000.

This home last sold for $215,000 on July 22, 2019.

This property is one of two sales so far in Decatur in December 2021.
