On Dec. 28, Ronald L. and Julie S. Reynolds sold their home at 3815 N. Skippy Drive, Decatur to Danny D Thompson for $138,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $2,752.24, 1.99% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $70,000 on Nov. 7, 2005.

So far in December 2021, two properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Julie S. Reynolds has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary. Ronald L. Reynolds has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
