In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $3,111.36, which is 2.07% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 30, 2016 for $129,000.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Argenta as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Heather N. Black (33) has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
