On Dec. 21, Mary E. Bradley purchased a home at 562 Glendale Ave., Decatur from Jay Joplin for $90,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $1,658.10, 1.84% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, two properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ryan L. Bowser, 32, was the only registered voter residing at 562 Glendale Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
