On Dec. 16, Douglas Smoltich purchased a home at 3874 E. Hickory, Decatur from Larry D Huddleston Jr. for $89,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $1,001.26, 1.11% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, two properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Matthew T. Powell, 63, was the only registered voter residing at 3874 E. Hickory as of Oct. 10, 2020.
