4514 Nicklaus Court, Decatur purchased by Theodore R. III and Michelle E. Peoples

On Dec. 14, Theodore R. III and Michelle E. Peoples purchased a home at 4514 Nicklaus Court, Decatur from Lenore B Salefski for $169,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $4,290.72, 2.54% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, two properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lenore B. Salefski has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4514 Nicklaus Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lenore B. Salefski, 91, and Eugene H Salefski, 95.
