On Dec. 14, Matthew and Calleen Howard purchased a home at 1963 Sir Richard Court, Decatur from Kirsten Roemer for $63,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $1,761.20, 2.8% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 3, 2019 for $51,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Decatur in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kirsten Noel Roemer (24) has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
