On Dec. 10, Jason M Sankowski and James R. Dunn sold their home at 2517 E Prairie St., Decatur to Allen Leroy Huenefeld for $36,000.

This home last sold for $39,900 on May 3, 2017.

This property is one of two sales so far in Decatur in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Allen Huenefeld has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
